We’ve recently finished bringing this beautiful listed seating area in Surrey back to life — carefully restoring the structure while preserving its original character and charm.
From the classical columns and detailed timber work to the surrounding landscaping and pond setting, every element has been sympathetically refurbished to respect the heritage of the space.

We’ve just finished this rear extension transformation, creating a bright, modern living space with full-width bi-fold doors opening straight out onto the patio 🌿
From the outside brickwork and detailing through to the internal finish, this one has come together exactly as planned – clean, sharp and built to last.
The new space completely opens up the home and brings in loads of natural light, making it perfect for everyday living and entertaining.

Another fantastic transformation completed by OC Carpentry & Construction Limited at St Joseph’s College 👨🍳✨
We’ve recently completed the full renovation of an existing classroom, converting it into a modern Food Technology Room designed for practical learning and durability. The project involved stripping the room back, preparing the existing floor, and installing new purpose-built cooking stations complete with integrated appliances, worktops, and services throughout.
The finished space now provides students with a bright, functional, and professional environment to develop their cooking and food preparation skills safely and efficiently.
A great project to be part of and another successful collaboration delivered on time for the college.
