A new replacment metal double stack consumer unit with surge protection was installed in the house. A small metal replacement unit installed in the garage. Also a 5 year test and inspection was carried out as needed.

Some new up to date consumer units installed in the garage/anex with a new charge meter for the anex side. Then a full test and inspection for a satisfactory certificate so the anex can be rented out.

Its that time of year again. Installed a new dual supply night storage heater and (a just in case) wall panel heater in a local retal flat for one of my landlord customers.

New 32A supply & new lighting ready for the hot tub to be delivered and connected up.

Extra outbuilding power and lighting installed. Getting ready for the darker mornings and nights.

Some local small jobs carried out.

New consumer unit installed, various works done and 5 year EICR carried out at a local property. It will either be rented out or sold, but whatever happens its now safe and all up to date.

Another home/office/studio/garden cabin. Started wiring this one last year, now have been back to finish my bit off. It's looking good with the LED lighting, new furniture and the kitchenette.
