✨ Custom Shaker Style Sliding doors ✨
One of the recently completed projects by PD Happy Joinery 🔨
Here we adapted an existing built-in wardrobe to create perfectly level top and bottom rails as well as new facings on the sides for a seamless built-in finish.
We then created 3 bespoke shaker sliding doors, each 110cm wide with double shaker panels and a soft self-closing system.
For added durability and long-term stability, each door was reinforced with integrated straighteners to help maintain a perfectly straight and rigid finish over time.

Another awkward space transformed by PD Happy Joinery 🔨
This project involved customising IKEA PAX units to create a practical, modern walk-in wardrobe beneath a sloped ceiling. What could have been wasted space is now fully functional storage — with hanging rails, drawer units, and open shelving designed to suit the layout perfectly.

✨ Bespoke fitted wardrobes under a sloped ceiling ✨
This project started with standard IKEA PAX wardrobes which we fully customised to fit neatly under a sloped ceiling turning an awkward space into practical, built-in storage.
We made custom MDF shaker-style doors to achieve a clean, classic look.
