Eggmachine

Glasgow based furniture designer and maker Eggmachine is the alter ego of Gerry Thomson who graduated from Glasgow College of Building and Printing in 2000.

Gerry makes beautiful, functional furniture using CLUC, a multi-textural material specially developed from scrap wood destined for landfill. His recent commissions include The Glad Cafe in Glasgow's South Side; a collaboration that was highly commended at the recent Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland Awards. Other recent work includes Project Ability (Glasgow), Kraft Architecture (Glasgow), and The Arches (Glasgow).
