CNC MACHINE LOADER AND INSPECTION OPERATOR

We’re a precision engineering company manufacturing components for industries including motorsport, automotive and space.
We’re looking for a practical person to join our small team, where commitment, reliability and an enthusiastic attitude are essential. You’ll need to take pride in your work, communicate clearly and be keen to learn and contribute.
The role includes:
• Loading and unloading CNC machines.
• Cleaning fixtures and checking parts are correctly positioned and clamped.
• Carrying out visual and dimensional checks.
• Learning to use our vision measuring system.
• Recording results and reporting problems promptly.
• Keeping the work area clean and completing production paperwork.
You must follow instructions consistently, pay attention to detail and maintain quality throughout repetitive work. Basic computer skills and confidence working with measurements would be useful.
Manufacturing or inspection experience is helpful, but training will be provided. No CNC programming experience is required.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
Pay: Starting at the applicable National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage, with the opportunity for a pay increase following successful completion of probation, based on performance, work quality and skills demonstrated.
