Just advice to the Rawdon community that walk their dogs over the Billing land. There is designated paths that need to be adhered to. Only Stevie Wonder may drift off the paths. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. They can scare the grazing cattle if not. I find it mind boggling with some people picking up their dog faeces in a bag and hanging it on a fence. For the people that do this please be aware it can kill cattle. I am quite perplexed with this absurd, lazy and disgraceful behaviour as there are 2 bins designated for dogs waste 100 yards away. Is this what our community is becoming? Anyone found doing any of the above will be reported to the correct authorities.
