Delivery times may be affected by extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, beyond our control. In such case, we reserve the right to change the delivery date or time, informing you about it as soon as possible. A small charge from 25 – 55 pounds is made for delivery. We don't deliver to Wales and Scotland. We are very sorry, but we are not able to remove any packaging, in order to comply with the Return Policy, all sofas must be returned in the original packaging. It's your responsibility to remove and recycle the packaging when no longer required. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS. You have an unconditional right to cancel an order up to 14 days after the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If the Consumer Contract Regulations do apply you can cancel your furniture by notifying us via messenger before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery. We aim to arrange collection during normal business hours. You will be contacted by our team 2-3 days in advance and informed about collection date and time. A collection charge of £70 will be made to cover the cost of collecting the items, repackaging and recycling. Delivery charge cannot be refunded. This charge will be calculated according to the number of items to be returned. It's your responsibility to refrain of using the goods within the cancellation - collection period as well as to make goods available for collection. If the furniture aimed to be collected from you under the Return Policy is not in satisfactory condition, dirty or wearing visible signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse collection. It's your responsibility to keep the original packaging. Money will be refunded in cash on collection (minus the collection charge) when payment has been made cash on delivery. Otherwise, it will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days. GUARANTEE T&C'S
1. All our furniture carries 6 months guarantee against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials. Usual wear or tear of the fabric is not covered.

These guarantees don’t cover fair wear or tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods, lost or damage (including rusting, corrosion) due to unreasonable exposure to water, heat or weather, fading due to direct exposure to sunlight, loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, lightning, infestation by animals or boring insects, or theft, or accidental damage or loss caused by a third party.

Your address and contact details and the short summary of the problem as well as few pictures of the sofa, especially the problematic areas. We will endeavour to repair the defective goods free of charge. If a repair is not possible, you will be offered a replacement and only if suitable replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or profits or other financial loss or damage arising out of defective, damaged or wrongly delivered goods, over and above of the value of the goods themselves. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. Our guarantees are limited to goods sold and retailed in the United Kingdom and used solely for private and domestic purposes.
