Square Edge Picture Framing

This is a frame I made from drift wood I found on the beach at Cayton. Nice and rustic and suited the picture.

Here are a few more picture frames I have made recently.

This frame was made from two larger frames I found at Otley skip site. I cut them up to individual lengths, cleaned them up (a bit of gold spray paint here and there) and made two new (reconditioned) frames. This one has a gold slip inserted to create the border for the oil painting.

This frame is handmade from wood, made to measure. I painted the frame black and then sanded it back a bit to give a nice rustic feel. Suits the subject of the picture nicely.

I am working from home and have been framing pictures for many years. I frame my own output, mainly photography as well as framing for family and friends. I have decided to open up my services to the local community and is looking to build up a business over time. Starting small!
