HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎈 to my little creative venture!
As Esk Haus approached 4 years old I began reflecting on where I am at with it.. Am I where I thought I would be? Am I where I think I should be?
The truth is I don’t know really.. I didn’t have a business plan and I still don’t today. I certainly didn’t imagine I’d be running on average 1 creative workshop a week alongside creative commissions 🙌🏼
But I began thinking that 4 years sounds a long time and questioning should I be more established.. should I be earning more?? It is easy to spiral into these negative thoughts when flooded with success stories on socials.
So I have made this real to remind myself of all the achievements over the last 4 years and give ,myself a bloody pat on the back cos I’m doing ok. And most importantly I am raising 2 little humans, spending as much time as I can with them whilst hopefully showing them to work hard at something you love doing and feel passionate about!
