To have our builds trusted at that level says everything about the standard we work to.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant from start to finish very responsive and kind customer service from Tom. Has gone out of his way to ensure that delivery happened smoothly considering such a big item and how awkward it was to manoeuvre into where it was going. Subsequent to it being delivered we’ve had a couple problems with getting the flame going because of having a very windy back garden. Tom has been ever so helpful in finding a solution and took it upon himself to send out additional things over and above what was listed in order to help with our gusts. Thank you very much, Tom. The set is really sturdy and very well put together. We are delighted with it.
