Atlantic Point refurbishment [Liverpool]

Welcome to our Facebook update for the refurbishment of student residences at Atlantic Point, Liverpool.

Our £5m contract includes the refurbishment of 923 bedrooms and 162 kitchens across the site, over a 52 week rolling refurbishment programme. The extensive refurbishment will begin at the end of July and will provide some of the very best student accommodation available anywhere in Liverpool. The stylish, contemporary flats will boast ensuite shower rooms and ¾ or double size beds. The open plan kitchen and lounge area will feature brand new kitchens, flat screen TV’s and modern sofa’s.
