Co-founders Jason and Neil are thrilled to announce that, after three years of dedication, growth, and contribution to the success of Modern Line, Shane is now officially joining us as an equal partner and director alongside Jason and Neil.

Project - Ferovinum

We’re incredibly proud to share one of our latest projects Ferovinum, located right in the centre of London. This one pushed us in all the best ways, and our team rose to the challenge brilliantly.

With just three weeks from start to finish, this project takes the top spot for our fastest turnaround this year. Thanks to the dedication, expertise, and sheer teamwork across the board, we hit the client’s completion date right on time without compromising on quality. And the result? Exceptional!

The standout feature of the space is the double-sided central bar, designed to be the heart of the room. Key details include:
• Fluted glass panels with colour-changing LED lighting
• Hi-Macs solid surface worktops
• Stainless steel bar equipment to one side
• A bespoke central section in Egger Levanto Marble inclusive of backlit glass shelves and antique mirror
• Finished with solid brass plinths and trims for refined detail

We also created a striking curved three-booth seating structure, complete with full upholstery and integrated planter linings, adding form, comfort, and a touch of greenery to the environment.

A huge well done to everyone involved in turning this vision into reality. Projects like this show what can be achieved when craftsmanship, design, and teamwork come together under pressure.

We designed and installed a bespoke teapoint and island featuring seamless solid-surface worktops, crafted for both style and durability.

To complete the space, we also created a set of large, made-to-measure planters that bring natural warmth and character to the environment.

Recently Completed Project – Swatch Group at Canary Wharf

Proud to share our latest work for Miller Construction at Canary Wharf. Our team designed, manufactured, and installed a bespoke reception desk with a solid-surface worktop, creating a standout centrepiece for the space.

We also crafted a feature wall and ceiling raft in oak veneer, bringing warmth, texture, and a refined finish to the reception area.
To complete the project, we delivered a sleek and functional breakout Teapoint area, tailored for everyday use.

Project - Maple Place

Thrilled to unveil our latest completed project: Maple Place.
This space was all about blending statement features with subtle craftsmanship:

✨ A bespoke teapoint + island with solid brass–wrapped doors and marble worktops — designed to be the focal point of the room.
🔊 AV feature walls and acoustic paneling throughout, bringing both texture and function.
♻️ Phone booths crafted using recycled laminate, paired again with acoustic finishes for a refined, quiet workspace.
🪑 And to complete the design, a custom banquette in a lime-wash finish, perfectly aligned with the upholstery for a seamless look.

Every detail considered. Every material chosen with purpose.

Project – Logistics UK, Tunbridge Wells

We’re proud to have delivered the full joinery package for this impressive project in Tunbridge Wells.

Our scope included the below across 2 floors:
🔹 Two bespoke reception desks crafted from sprayed solid tulipwood with solid surface tops
🔹 Tailored banquette seating providing both function and style
🔹 Wall panelling and slatted feature panels

A huge thank you to our team and collaborators for their dedication and expertise, the final result truly elevates the space.

We’re thrilled to share the completion of this stunning bespoke reception desk at Portland Place. Designed and built in-house by our talented team of joiners, it features:

✨ A beautifully curved slatted walnut frontage
🪨 Striking marble cladding for that luxury finish
🖤 A sleek black Valchromat pigeonhole unit at the rear

Project Complete – The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons

We are proud to have successfully completed the full joinery package for The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, spanning across five floors of bespoke craftsmanship.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to be involved in this prestigious project, which included a number of standout features:
• A striking front-of-house reception desk finished in brushed bronze and solid surface, complemented by a slatted rear wall in oak veneer, complete with a laser-etched logo.
• Two registration desks crafted to match the same premium materials and design.
• Bleacher seating with custom upholstered seat pads for flexible communal use.
• Two meeting rooms enhanced with full-height oak veneer feature panelling.
• A bespoke stage constructed from Marmoleum-topped plywood with precision mitre-cut anodised nosings.
• Custom-built store walls, phone booths, and a show-stopping logo wall—highlighting oak veneer cabinetry, 30mm heritage stained glass, and integrated bespoke light boxes.
