CARAMELLO PUDDING OATS by

~ vegan, healthy and delicious!

Caramel Pudding Oats 🍯
- 320ml of water
- 180ml oat milk
- 20g melted flakes
- 1 packet of "caramel" pudding powder
- 20g protein powder
- 100g coconut yoghurt
- any sweetener (e.g. agave syrup, maple syrup, ...)

toppings
- Blonde Caramel "Salted Macadamia" (code: "feel10" for 10% discount) *[ad]
- Cashew butter
- Cashew kernels
- Cocoa nibs

Preparation 👩‍🍳
Place the water, oat milk, and melted flakes in a saucepan. Pour a small amount of the mixture into a separate bowl. Now bring the liquid in the pot to a boil. Meanwhile, mix the custard powder and flavoring with the rest of the milk. When the liquid is boiling, add the pudding mixture and stir. Then stir in the coconut yogurt and protein powder until smooth. Top the bowl with your favorite ingredients.

Jumbo oats soaked in hazelnut milk with whole milk yogurt, vanilla powder, cinnamon, coconut sugar, brown linseeds, and salt.

Toppings: raspberries, , toasted coconut chips & dried mulberries.

Jumbo oats cooked in coconut milk with toasted pumpkin, sunflower, linseeds & sesame seeds, with coconut yogurt and salt.

Toppings: grilled peach, raw cacao nibs, homemade jam (frozen raspberries & chia seeds) and coconut and almond butter.

100ml oat milk
Sweetener
Sprinkled with catfish ground crust, added whole mandarin, tahini chocolate cream , chuck, raspberries.

⁠Serves 2⁠
120g jumbo porridge oats⁠ ⁠
380ml cashew or almond milk ⁠
optional 2 tbsp of plant based yoghurt⁠ ⁠
1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁠

Topping⁠
Fresh cherries ⁠
Fresh berries⁠
Cacao nibs ⁠
Optional maple if you're a sweetie⁠
Chia seeds ⁠

METHOD⁠
Mix oats with plant based milk, vanilla and optional yoghurt. Leave to soak for 15 mins or covered overnight in the fridge.⁠

Top creamy oats with berries, cherries, cacao nibs and optional chai seeds or seeds. Option to add maple if you're a sweetie!⁠
