'm enjoying my adjustable desk. I try to stand for 5 minutes every hour. The only difficulty was the instructions; I thought I didn't need to change the starting setup, but I was wrong. I've adjusted my sitting setup instead, as I refuse to re-do it and wouldn't have bought it if I had realised the work involved in using it the other way. Putting in the screws to attach the legs requires you to lift them a bit, which was easy once I figured that out
