What is Luna Connect?

One of the biggest problem trainers have, is keeping track of communications with their clients. With messages coming across all platforms - email, Whatsapp, Text, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM’s, in person... it is chaos.

So we have created Luna Connect - the App for Dog Owners to connect with their . It streamlines things for the Trainer and the Owner - they can do everything they need, all in one place:
- Message – send photos, videos, voice notes
- Review session feedback
- Book, cancel, join & reschedule sessions
- Pay invoices & see payment history
- Update contact information
- Share the dogs’ health & behaviour information

Or they can access it via the Luna Connect web app too…

What’s the mission?

To create an intuitive, all-in-one software solution that allows dog trainers to spend less time on admin, and more time on training.

From day one, we will launch with the most important features & functionality for the modern dog trainer:

- Direct Messaging to seamlessly connect with clients within Luna (Ability to send photos, videos, documents, voice notes)
- Bookings Management & Scheduling (Zoom integration for remote training sessions)

We spoke to so many dog trainers, and really got to know what they needed most.

What the vision for our software?

To be the most innovative & impactful business software solution, loved by dog trainers & behaviourists around the world.

But the vision for Luna the company...is to create a world where every dog owner can find the right trainer, where every dog is well trained, loved and lives in harmony with their family.

Dog lovers at heart, James and Andy our Co-Founders created Luna to solve problems they had both experienced... Andy observing his wife (a dog trainer herself) and James experiencing an inability to find the right dog trainer for Diesel, his adopted Malamute, and then when he did, they were too busy to take on new clients.

This is where it all started...

What is Luna?

Luna is the all-in-one business software designed specifically to help dog trainers and behaviourists run their businesses effortlessly.

We have Luna for Trainers, and Luna Connect for Dog Owners - keeping everything in one place. No more cobbled together, multi-platform solutions.

We want to revolutionise how dog trainers run their business, making it far more efficient so they can help more dog owners live happily with their dogs.

We will be launching in the UK later this year, with plans to launch in the US, Canada and Austrailia in the future.

Do you like our new name?

Luna was born out of lots of conversations with Trainers and Investors feeling like GetWelp wasn’t quite right, it wasn’s snappy enough, it didn’t represent the company we wanted to be - so we set out to find a name that was short, memorable, easy to spell, but that also tied into our purpose and mission.

Luna is the most popular female dog name in the world, and at our core, we are about dogs living in harmony with their owners. But Luna is also another name for the moon - and we want build the future of dog training, we want to be the first company to bring everything the modern dog trainer needs to run their business into one place - we want to give Dog Trainers the moon on a stick - it’s a tall order, but we are doing it.

Luna is currently in Beta - but is launching to the marketing later this year.
