I think my website work is probably what I’m best known for...

But some of my longest client relationships start after the website is finished.

It’s a slightly uncomfortable question, but an important one.

Social media is brilliant for visibility and connection, but ultimately we’re building our businesses on someone else’s platform.

Algorithms change. Reach drops. Accounts get restricted. People simply don’t see everything you post.

Your email list gives you a direct way to stay connected with the people who have actively chosen to hear from you.

And unlike social media, you don’t have to hope an algorithm puts your message in front of them.

One of the biggest myths in business is that you should only ask for help when something has gone wrong.

I actually think the opposite.

The earlier you get support, the easier it is to build strong foundations and avoid unnecessary stress later on.
