Is it me and my creative eye, but I can see so much of London in this created tube fabric. It really impressed me. I'm heading to see a show in the Westend. Devon to London in under 3 hours. I love GWR.

A super pair of double pleated, interlined curtains made out of Vanessa Arbuthnott fabric. A lovely printed linen in lime, black & cream. A very fresh look to a bright and sunny room in Modbury, South Devon.

I've had an extremely busy April, hence the lack of posts recently.
More from the house of many pipes. Stunning fabrics from Mulberry and Liberty's. This job was total joy to be part of. The interior designer is called Colin Nailor. Check him out on Instagram under thenailormade. I just love his ideas, fabric, and colour combinations. Colin's eye for detail is out of this world.

IKEA Hack, Rugs to Curtains
I turned 10 x 120/180 Tiphede rugs into 5 pairs of unlined curtains. A rug cost £10, which is a total bargain. These rugs would be perfect for roman and roller blinds, cushions, and, of course, rugs. I didn't line the curtains as the client wanted to see the fabric from outside. They would look great lined, too. There is no need for interling as they are think enough without.

Don't you just love discovering something new.
I'm currently working with an interior designer whose fabric knowledge is amazing. The fabric I'm currently working on comes from a company called Mind The Gap. Simply stunning fabrics. Check them out www.mindthe.com or on Instagram . I'm so looking forward to opening the other rolls. I'm blown away by the colours and print.
In addition to these two fabrics, I've a roll of fluff stuff. It's the first time I've made a curtain out of Teddy bear fabric. Honest, it's like mohair. The overlooked is going to be very unhappy!
