Posted this a few weeks ago and she sold a little more than a week ago. I miss looking at the wonderful wood grain seeing more and more each time.

I fell in love with this girly, she was a bit battered, scratches, scorched and the bottoms has come out of the drawers. Who would believe it? available now in my Esty shop link in bio.

Having a rest day today, I know I’ll have a busy weekend. Got a couple of projects to get out of storage. Lots to reorganise in the house before, dare I say it... Christmas!

I knew this had so much potential as soon as I laid my eyes on it. It’s turned out just as I imagined and was a pleasure to work on. Sanded the top back to bare wood and finished it with a white wax as it gives an added texture. I wanted to go dark and keep the original handles so I could tie them in with the highlight on the details.

I bring to you on this sunny Monday morning a whimsical treat. I had so much fun playing with this piece although blending on barley twist legs a bit tricky.

Yes, it’s Friday! I’ve been caught up renovating the house. Still loads to do but it’s getting there. Im back with this Beauty. Refinished in a lovely pale green and I tried to keep the 50’s theme going with the funky florals in the drawers.

Can you believe I rescued this from going the the tip?! It’s so beautiful I just cleaned it up. I’ve had it for a while bit have to face the fact my house just isn’t big enough for it. I used it as a coffee table and stored all the kids board games inside.

It’s Friday! I’m not sure it means an awful lot at the moment...
I just wanted to share my latest project with you. I decided to keep this guy really simple because I fell in love with the chequer style top created with the wood grains. I matched the modern shape with a coat of slick black paint to bring the table into the now.

Here it is finished, cute little telephone table. I can see it being used as a little hall table, for putting post on and storing keys in the drawer. £90
