Small cottage in Deal gets some love and a new hardwood cill.

A victorian property on water street required five sash windows to be restored back to there original use and condition.
We stripped each sash back to bare wood including the sash box
Various wood repairs were required..
All had new sash cords, heritage draught proofing fitted and new brass locks and lifters.

A Period Casement window was saved using traditional methods, we first remove the complete bottom part of the window and any rot, we then copy the original profile and the reconstruct the frame back together for a lasting repair.
