So this is bathroom 2 of 2 aka the master.

Works carried out -:

- Remove current light and install X4 new LED colour switchable downlights. Love using these as the clients can switch from 6000k to 4000k to 3500k without changing the fittings.
- Cored and installed timed extractor fan on light switch
- New mirror installed with de-mister to work on light switch.
- All plumbing concealed
- All fixtures installed are including the hiding do**he! (customers were adamant on having it installed even though there was no where for it to go, we discussed a few ideas and found a way)
- Tiled (accessable) bath panel on magnets.

Blue terrazzo tiles paired with curved subway tile which gave off a fluted effect.

Paired with h40 gel adhesive and colour matched silicone and grout!

These are before photos of an ensuite we have recently completed.

The client was originally going to only remodel their master bathroom, but after living in their home for a few years, they realised the ensuite in the existing extension was leaking into the play room below.

We were tasked in to replace the wet room completely while keeping ALL existing fittings and furniture. We do like a challenge so off to work we went.

On rip out, it was quite crazy to see that it was a no expense spared project, with high end fixtures such as
and to name a few, that were just installed terribly.
A few of the issue we met below were...

- We had T&G chipboard in the wet area ❌
- We had an insufficient sized tray supported by 2x2 which allowed it to flex and leak. ❌
- We had ditra mat ontop if the tray as tanking 🫠❌
- The glass installation was AWFUL.

All in all, it was a mess. It looked nice from the outset, but as we dug it got worse.

Nice little loft bathroom completed recently. 1 of 2 bathrooms in the same property. Love how they turned out!

- New lighting
- Plastered all walls and ceiling
- Tanked
- Installed new isolation valves throughout
- Tiled floor to ceiling
- Installed new suite
- Supplied and fitted uPvc windows to match existing.

Nice little fit this! Shaker style alcove cupboard with fixed shelving. came in handy for this!

Bespoke "L" wardrobe, with access to ensuite incorporated. Made by fitted by us. Handpainted finish with a F&B.
