"Thank you again. You are a first class coach & mentor" ✨

I don't do big group 'fear of falling' courses. Here's why:

Falling & fear of falling are fundamentally subjective and highly personal topics. There is no one size fits all 'remedy', in my opinion. A method that works for one person might not be appropriate for the next person.

My 1:1 coaching gives
- space to talk, to explore the 'what & why'
- time to rest, to reset & recharge
- opportunity to build trust & confidence

My coaching is guided by you, and what you're showing me and telling me. Falling is skilfully managed and carefully controlled.

If you're ready to see how my coaching can be a game-changer for your climbing, get in touch.

Huge thanks to Andy for the recent review 🙏🏻✨

Trad skills workshops in London! 🔩🪢🔗🪛📐🤓

Looking to learn some key trad skills without having to drive 3 hours to the nearest crag? Or want to refresh your knowledge before you head outdoors?

I'm running a series of workshops looking at trad gear placement, testing gear, building solid anchors, key ropework skills, and belaying from the top of the crag, at single pitch venues.

📆 Sunday 29th March 10am (Workshop1) & 12pm (workshop2)
📍 Fairlop Boulder Park (central line or nearby parking)
💷 £18 per workshop, or bundle price £30 when both booked together
👥 6 places available per workshop

We will not be climbing during the workshops, everything is done from the ground. Even though it's fake rock, there's actually loads of places to wiggle gear into or wrap slings round blocks.
Relaxed environment = better learning potential ✨

I'm limiting the numbers to maximise individual learning, so book your spot asap.🏃🏻‍♀️

Other dates also available for private bookings.

How to climb 7a: a short guide 📝

Not the complete list ofc but a result of months of intentional technique practice, tactical learning and mental strengthening.

The result for Matt yesterday? Onsighting multiple 7a's in a session 🫡

PLUS ending up enjoying the ones that looked a bit "hard" or "weird".

It's not about being stronger. It's about being smarter.

If you'd like to enjoy some of these celebratory fist bumps for yourself (whatever your target grade or goal), drop me a DM and see how my coaching can help in your climbing journey.

When the feedback speaks for itself ✨

Places still available on my next training course on 20th February at Font Borough, London.

This is not just about getting qualified as an instructor. It's also about:
😎 being more confident taking friends (or kids of friends) bouldering safely.
🫰🏻 having a real qualification that can land you a job while you study
👩🏻‍🏫 developing your leadership skills that are useful everywhere tbh
🏋🏻‍♀️ getting a better understanding of injury risk, particularly between men & women
🤹🏻‍♀️ making warmups fun! Cos they're necessary so we may as well enjoy it!

This is *not* a course about how hard you can climb. It's suitable for anyone bouldering at v2 or above.

Come join me on my next course:

If you struggle with climbing overhangs and steep walls, this video will help 🔥

This is an intro to the 'twist & flag' technique. Aka twist lock, or side twist.

This is a short version of a longer video I've posted to my YouTube - comment 'link' and I'll DM you 🔗

I break down:
👟 How to choose the right foothold based on the hand you're aiming for
💃🏻 How to optimise your body position
🙋🏻‍♀️ How to get a bit more reach - without moving your feet
🕺🏻The difference in reach potential between twisting versus drop-knee
🤸🏻‍♀️ How to make your climbing flow with transitional movements
🍑 How to make more of your hips

Enjoyed this? Let me know what other topics you'd like to see covered 🤓
