DELIVERY INFORMATION.(Expect delays for deliveries through the Christmas and New Year's period)
Please note that we offer fast and free delivery only to selected post codes areas.
Please leave a note at checkout with an updated mobile number for delivery purposes.
We offer a ground floor, single person delivery service only.
Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take the product any further.
Please ignore the estimate delivery date given by as these are only estimated (As this is a large item, we need some time to arrange the delivery of your product. We will contact you before the delivery to confirm the delivery date).
Please not book any days/holidays off work until you have received a delivery message confirmation from us to confirm the delivery date and time slot.
Most deliveries are within one 5 days from the date of ordering.
Please do not dispose of your existing bed/mattress until to receive the delivery.
Returns Policy
Our products come with 4 days money back guarantee and the products have a 12 months warranty.
Therefore, if there any manufacturing faults with the product or any damages, please contact us and we will resolve the issue by sending a replacement product or collect the product and refund the amount (if the issue has occurred within 5 days of delivery). Please report any damages to us within 24 hours of the delivery. Any damages reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
The product should be in original condition and in the original packaging. Mattresses are strictly non-returnable once they have been used/slept on, as per consumer contracts Regulation by Law.
Our products are made to order. Therefore, once the order has been dispatched, we will not accept any returns due to colour or size of the bed (dimensions not fitting in the room).
