2M X 2M OUTSUNNY PERGOLA ‼️

This pergola was installed into the existing 'fake' grass ✅️

We used metal footplates sunk into the ground using a mixture of hardcore/sand/cement to ensure the structure has no movement and has a long life ✅️

A plastic roofing system was then retrofitted to the structure to create a dry area to escape from the elements and the ever changing weather 🌧☀️

All ready for the summer ☀️

Mdf painted white and the LED lights to finish it off ✅️

All completed on a plasterboard wall fixed to the studs to ensure everything is secured correctly ✅️

SHED REPAIRED & PAINTED ‼️

This repair was done on an old rundown shed in woodhouses failsworth for one of our regular landlord that use us for the majority of his property maintenance. ✅️

We patched the holes and removed the shed door ✅️

We then made the new shed door on site and fitted with new hinges and lock✅️

Then painted with 2 coats of dark oak wood preservative the finish it off 🔥

MARBLE FIREPLACE WITH LIGHTS ‼️

We removed the existing fireplace before replacing with the new modern marble one ✅️

We did all the electrical work for the lights and the new electric fire ⚡️

Skirting boards had to be cut the accommodate the new hearth 🪚

All fixed to the wall and the mantle piece glued in place to avoid any movement ✅️
