Let's take a look back at our work on the new headquarters for the Northern Community Bank in Burnley, one of this year's project highlights.

The £1.5m project saw the transformation of a former Wetherspoons pub into a modern office space, providing a new home for the bank's team.

Works included a full internal strip-out and refurbishment, a new external façade, and the creation of three floors of offices, meeting rooms and staff facilities.

Delivered within an eight-month programme, the project was completed on time and within budget.

A great example of how a prominent town centre building can be given a new purpose.

Remember the two high-end residential properties we were contracted to build in rural East Lancashire?

Well this is Plot 1 of 2, which will be ready to handover in jus 5 weeks time!

The quality of these homes is incredible. We can't wait for the big reveal.

Let's take a look back at this impressive new build home we completed in the village of Read, Ribble Valley.

Working alongside the client and architect Campbell Driver, we delivered this £1.3 million, four-bedroom home on a greenfield site, taking the project from start to finish in just 12 months.

The property features a spacious, modern open-plan kitchen and living area, designed to make the most of the surrounding countryside views.

This was a full turnkey project, with our team managing everything from the main construction through to the finishing touches, including flooring, bathrooms, fitted furniture, decorating and external landscaping, complete with electric gates and boundary railings.

Just 4 weeks to go until padel arrives at the Accrington Stanley Sports Hub

We've made some fantastic progress in recent weeks:

✅ Tarmac now laid across around 80% of the site, including the base for both padel courts.

✅ Perimeter fencing and gates being installed.

✅ Good progress on the new access ramp, footpaths and steps.

Next week is another big milestone, with installation of the covered canopy due to begin, followed by the two padel courts later this month.

📅 Opening November 2026.

We’re delighted to announce that we have secured a new contract for a 30,000 sq. ft. industrial unit in Carnforth, on behalf of national commercial landlord BizSpace.

Following a competitive tender process, working alongside Lea Hough Surveyors, we are pleased to have been appointed to deliver this exciting project, with works scheduled to commence in mid-November.

We look forward to working collaboratively with Barrowclough Architects and Topping Engineers to bring the project to life.

What can you expect when padel arrives in Accrington?

The new courts at Stanley Sports Hub are taking shape, and before long, players will be able to get on court and see what all the fuss is about.

When complete, the new facility will feature:

🎾 Two purpose-built padel courts
🎾 Covered courts, so the Lancashire weather doesn’t have to stop play
🎾 Floodlighting for evening games
🎾 A new reception and catering area
🎾 A new space for people to play, meet and get involved in one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports

We’re proud to be delivering the project for Accrington Stanley Community Trust and we’re looking forward to seeing the courts go from construction site to match-ready.
