Full Muc-Off tubeless service complete with installation of Vittoria Tires air liner insert.

Tyre removed and cleaned of old sealant.

Old tubeless rim tape removed, old valve removed.

Wheel rim cleaned of old sealant and tape adhesive.

Fresh tape applied and new Muc-Off big bore lite valve fitted for maximum air flow and ease of use.

Tyre and insert fitted (this was ‘fun’!).

Fresh Muc-Off MTB sealant added using the excellent Park Tool sealant syringe.

Wheels refitted and ready to test ride.

Not a bad job in the workshop and ready to ride the Southern Enduro Funduro at Twisted Oaks Bike Park and Trails at the weekend.

Just need to find a suitable Hawaiian shirt to wear now!

It’s Tubeless Tuesday here at Session Cycles!

After 6 months hard use, it’s time to clean out the old sealant and tape ready to fit fresh Muc-Off MTB sealant system along with a Vittoria Tires Enduro airliner for the shop team enduro bike.

Time to get messy!

Session Cycles will be delivering the last FREE Elmswell Adult bicycle repairs and safety checks session at the Wesley Elmswell for this season on Friday 23rd October 10.00am to 2.00pm.

Gears, brakes and tyres can all be checked and adjusted. We can even offer a safety check of the bike and provide you with a list of recommendations.

Fantastic news for the Stowmarket Repair Café and its founder Sue Reynard!

I have been fixing bikes at the Repair Cafe for over 3 years now and this was Session Cycles first ever public outing.

I love the Repair Cafe philosophy and the atmosphere each month at Red Gables.

The Repair Cafe has been instrumental in our small workshop’s development and supporting it is a genuine privilege.

Come along and see what else is going on at the Repair Cafe and Red Gables.

They have cake as well!

Workshop team bike in for a rear swing arm strip, clean and fresh bearings after a season of battering Enduro stages.

The dirt gets everywhere, mixes with the grease and starts to grind away at the frame and components.

This is why it is so important to clean your bike and carry out suitable maintenance to protect your bike and keep it running well.

Gear cable was overdue replacement as well!
