Door frame fitted in under 10 minutes. No packers. ⏱
We get asked all the time how Levelall works on a door frame, so here’s the full process, start to finish:
1️⃣ Drill & tap: the Levelall bit cuts the hole and the thread in one go
2️⃣ Turn them in from the back, before the frame goes in
3️⃣ Frame in, twist them out and it wedges itself in the opening
4️⃣ Dial it to the laser, perfectly adjusted
5️⃣ Knock off the excess
6️⃣ Screw straight through and it’s locked
Need to re-adjust later? Take the screw out, twist, screw back in. No packers falling out on the floor.

Now I won’t state my weight as part of this experiment for !……but let’s just say I’m just 6 foot and the weight is substantial 😜 the thread holding on a single levelall in MR MDF is incredibly strong! Our go to method for fitting wardrobes, kitchens and other cabinetry

Ever wondered why some shelves sag after a year and others don’t?

Once a shelf goes past a metre wide, we don’t just use a single board. We double it up with two layers of 18mm, bond a length of flat bar steel in between, then cap the front so it reads as one solid piece. Load it with books, it’s not going anywhere.

Nobody will ever see the steel, but you’ll notice it in ten years when it’s still dead straight. customfurniture
