But only half-fill your feeders at most; there's no point letting your expensive bird food get spoiled by the rotten weather.
And don't forget the RSPB Big Garden Bird Watch at the end of January...

Unique Hand-made wild Bird feeder from fallen Exmoor Oak An absolutely unique hand-made bird feeder cut from fallen Exmoor Oak. Wherever possible I include a small side stem or gnarl to create a natural
Exmoor Wild Bird Feeders
Hand-made totally-unique wild bird feeders made using locally-sourced unwanted felled timber, or naturally wind-felled branches that make ideal gifts that last all year round.
Everybody loves the colour and joy that songbirds bring to an English garden, as well as all the natural benefits of seed dispersal and tiny pest control.
We use whatever wood is immediately available, so your feeder could be made from Oak, Beech, Birch, Cherry, Hazel, or anything else we come across! Wherever possible we include lumps, bumps, gnarls, and joints to provide natural perching points and camouflage for your feathered garden visitors. I can promise that every feeder is unique; nobody, anywhere, will own one like yours!
This started as a hobby making feeders as gifts for friends and family, who have all (probably unwittingly!) been field-testers for the feeders. Constantly-evolving, and with new ideas on the drawing board (and hanging in trees), I am really excited that my products are now available locally in West Somerset Garden Centre, Old Well Garden Centre, Perry’s Hardware in Wellington, in Bristol at Brackenwood Garden Centre, in Surrey at Knights Garden Centre, Chelsham, and online at You Garden.
