🌟Hannah is a mum of 2. She has previously taught baby sensory classes and worked in a nursery, meaning she has an abundance of experience!

Sad news

Today is Lorna's last day coaching for us on a regular basis. We are going to miss her friendly, positive energy and the smile she brings to Gym-a-Roos every week. She has and always will be such a valuable part of our team and we are going to miss her immensely!

She will still be around to cover the occasionally class when she can so we will still get to see her lovely face 🥰

🌟 IT'S AWARDS WEEK!! 🌟

We have been busy getting all the awards ready for our Gym-a-Roos......We can't wait to hand them all out this week 🧡🦘

As you all know, we are going to have some very hot weather Wednesday and Thursday. We will still be running classes but adapting where needed. The hall isn't facing the sun so remains fairly cool most of the day with the doors open and fans on.

If you are planning on attending classes this week we ask the following:

🌞Keep yourself and your children hydrated by bringing a drinks bottles to your session.

🌞Ensure children are dressed in light weight clothes ie shorts or cycle shorts rather than leggings or joggers

🌞Avoid letting your child run around in the sun directly before their session to stop them being hot and over heated before their session.

It is of course entirely your choice if you decide to attend. We will do our utmost to ensure everyone is as comfortable as possible and will be there with our usual smiles .... albeit slightly sweatier than normal 😅
