Meet Ceci!

With over 20 years of experience in the coffee industry, she has seen this fabulous market evolve by being involved in logistics and exports. Ceci has always sought to streamline processes and her drive to improve and optimize is matched only by her passion for service.

Outside of work, Ceci enjoys spending time with her family. She loves her husband and children and cherishes the tranquility of her home and the area where she lives. She also loves the beach and makes the most of every opportunity to visit🏖️

Fun fact: Ceci is always the first to arrive at the office🥇 no matter how early you think you’re getting there, Ceci will already be at work!

Meet Gerardo, our Q Grader and lab head!

With over 26 years of experience in the coffee world, Gerardo really dominates when it comes to quality control🥄🫘

He became a Q Grader in 2006 and was certified as a Star Cupper for Central America (an achievement that was really prestigious). Gerardo was also crowned National Champion in 2011, and in 2012, he placed 6th at the global level! 🌍

He is also known for his meticulous attention to detail, and passion for coffee, Gerardo always goes deeper to understand what factors affect the flavor of the beans. He’s relentless in his pursuit of coffee perfection☕

We’re proud to have Gerardo leading our cupping lab with his experience and love of work! 💪

From green grading, to sample roasting and cupping over 100 samples a day during peak season 😮‍💨 our team embraces our commitment to quality like no other!
