From dine-in favourites to takeaway and delivery orders, A&W Singapore has partnered with Aigens to bring its ordering channels together across 10 stores. Launched in September 2026, the deployment connects self-ordering kiosks, payments, POS and delivery platforms to support the team behind every meal.
Here's how it works:
👆 Self-Service Kiosk Ordering lets guests browse the menu and place dine-in or takeaway orders at their own pace, without waiting for a team member to take their order.
💳 Integrated NETS Payments bring ordering and payment together. Guests pay through a NETS terminal at the kiosk before their order moves to preparation, keeping the process simple from selection to checkout.
🔗 Connected Menus and Orders through Aigens Connect, linking Aigens Kiosk Ordering with Raptor Cloud POS. Menu and order synchronisation makes the kiosks part of the restaurant's wider operations, not a standalone system.
🛵 Delivery Platform Integrations connect GrabFood and foodpanda through Aigens Connect, bringing delivery channels into the same connected setup as in-store ordering.
The result: a connected foundation for dine-in, takeaway and delivery across 10 stores. With kiosk ordering, terminal payments and system integrations working together, A&W Singapore brings its ordering channels closer together, with Aigens powering the connections behind the scenes.
