Be brave in your colour choices if you really love the colour but don't go there on a whim. We love working with clients who love colour but we always advise caution when its a big purchase for the long term. A kitchen is one of those. Once insitu you expect it to last for many years so it needs to stand the test of time.
This Rua kitchen from our TM Italia collection is a great example in electric blue silk matt lacquer. Its really stunning in this space which is very crisp, clean and contemporary. Its not everyones cup of tea but thats why we design every kitchen to suit every client.
If you think we might be the people to talk to about your new kitchen then please de get in touch for a showroom appointment.

When choosing furniture, we always recommend considering the room as a whole, particularly if you plan to incorporate a feature wall with storage and wall panelling. This approach can have a significant impact on how your space looks, feels and functions.

At LOMI Design, we work closely with you to create a space that works for your needs. Our solutions are custom-made to provide practical functionality while creating an elegant and beautifully considered interior.

This living space design from our partners, Novamobili, illustrates this approach wonderfully. This complex design solution combines loose furniture with a striking feature media wall, storage area and subtle lighting.

Your kitchen does not need to be gigantic to be luxurious and stylish. This elegant design solution from our partner, TM Italia, demonstrates that beautifully. Carefully selected materials, an understated layout and fully integrated appliances come together to create a successful design.

The design features “Miuccia” doors in a dark, almost-black custom matt metallic lacquer, complemented by antique bronze handles. Worktops and wall panels in Calacatta Gold stone add a refined finish, while glass door units in Stop Sol smoked glass with black aluminium frames complete the look.

When selecting dining chairs, ergonomics should be a key consideration. A well-designed chair should support good posture, reduce strain, and remain comfortable during extended periods of sitting.
For optimum comfort, your feet should rest flat on the floor, with your knees positioned at hip level. The seat depth should provide adequate support for the thighs while leaving a small gap behind the knees.
The backrest should support the natural curve of the spine. If armrests are required, they should fit comfortably beneath the table and provide suitable support for the elbows.
At LOMI, we offer dining chairs to suit a wide range of requirements. Get in touch to discuss your dining chair needs.

Open-plan living can be wonderful, but creating distinct zones is essential for the way we live today. Whether you're looking to separate a living area from a dining space or define a home office within a larger room, a room divider offers the perfect solution without the need to build walls.

The beauty of a room divider lies in its versatility. Both decorative and functional, it can enhance your interior while creating structure and privacy. Choose from elegant freestanding screens such as the Cozy and Gamen, or opt for a double-sided bookcase like the Aria. Each piece is expertly crafted by the esteemed artisans at Porada, blending exceptional design with practical living.

At LOMI, we offer a carefully curated collection of luxury room dividers to suit every space and style. If you're working with a large open-plan area that requires thoughtful planning and curation, we'd be delighted to discuss the possibilities with you.

Contact LOMI today and discover how the right room divider can transform your home.

No interior is complete without a beautiful table lamp.

With so many styles to choose from, it's important to get a few key elements right. First, consider scale. A large lamp on a small table will rarely look balanced. Next, choose materials and finishes that complement your overall interior scheme.

Lighting levels are equally important. If possible, opt for lamps with dimmers, allowing you to adjust the mood and create the perfect ambience throughout the day and evening.

Finally, choose a lamp that looks just as stunning when switched off as it does when illuminated. After all, a table lamp should be decorative at all times.

Here are a few of our favourites. To discover more exceptional lighting options, get in touch with LOMI.
