Patient who is also a doctor came to with reduced mouth opening due to osmf and previous laser surgery on buccal mucosa of same side, asked for replacement of lower 6 and 7...
Mouth opening was measured 20mm only and very challenging to do lower second molar implant at that site because of stiff buccal muocsa and opposing tooth..
After third molar surgery implant placement was successfully done, patient was very much cooperative, thank you sir..
