Three baths, three expressions of materiality — organic lime plaster, richly veined stone and terrazzo. Each is kept deliberately restrained, allowing the natural movement, grain, texture and tonal variation of the materials to do the work. Earthy, tactile and muted.

A room where art, craft and collected pieces quietly come together.
From the handcrafted terracotta wall installation to the hand-blown glass chandelier inspired by the branches of a tree, every element was chosen to bring warmth and texture. Lime-washed walls, muted tones, antique finds and a black-stained console lend the room a quiet sense of permanence—where every object has a place, and every detail a purpose.

Opening up the home revealed something unexpected—a series of structural columns at the heart of the apartment.
Instead of hiding them, we chose to celebrate them.
Wrapped in timber with softly rounded edges, they became sculptural anchors that define the home’s architectural language. Repeated across the joinery, doorways and furniture, they establish a quiet rhythm that brings warmth, softness and cohesion to the space.
Sometimes the strongest design language begins with a constraint. 🤍

The beauty of this space lies in its contrasts. Soft clay walls meet dark oak furniture. Restrained forms are offset by sculptural lighting. A home shaped by earth, light and quiet craftsmanship. Designed as an organic, muted retreat, every material was chosen to age beautifully, every curve softened with intention, and every space designed to slow the rhythm of everyday life. Rooted in Indian craft and honest materiality, Mitti Home is our interpretation of quiet luxury—where restraint becomes richness, and simplicity feels deeply indulgent.
Once two ageing apartments, held close by the family for the memories they carried, the home was stripped back to its bare structure and reimagined as a single 7,000 sq. ft. sanctuary. By opening up the plan and reworking the architecture, we sought to maximise light, volume and a sense of effortless flow. More than a renovation, Mitti Home is a home designed to exhale—a place for family, for stillness, and for life to unfold gently.
