**Business Development Manager / Project Acquisition Partner – Interior Turnkey Projects**

We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager / Sales Professional** who can bring **Interior Turnkey Projects, Commercial Interior Projects, Office Interiors, Retail Showrooms, and related fit-out projects** for our company.

We have been working in the **interior & furniture industry for the last 6–7 years**, with our own **furniture manufacturing setup and project ex*****on capabilities**.

At present, we are looking for someone who is confident in **generating projects and converting clients**, especially through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Corporates, Retail Brands, and direct clients.

**Commercial Terms:**
• This is a **performance-based opportunity**.
• No fixed monthly salary at present.
• Attractive **commission / percentage on successfully converted projects**.
• Commission will be discussed and finalized based on the project value and scope.
• No limit on earnings — the more business you bring, the more you earn.
