Agarwal Coal has created history at Kolkata Port Trust by bringing a Cape Size Vessel (1,60,000 MT Capacity) into the River Port Anchorage of Sagar. This is the first time this happened in the 151 Year history of the Port. The vessel mastered was personally felicitated on board the vessel at Sagar Anchorage by the Deputy Port Chairman and the port has celebrated this as a major milestone.

Staff members of the Agarwal Group sportingly organised the Agarwal Premier League an inter-staff cricketing tournament. The three teams were
1. Black Diamond
2. Spartans XI
3. Coal Super Premiere XI

On the conclusion of the tournament Black Diamond emerged victorious.

He will be donating a multi utility complex to the 'Ranjeet Hanuman Temple Trust Indore' the complex will comprise of a library, computer lab, indoor sports room, yoga room and a air cooled hall which can be utilised to hold talks, workshops, seminars etc. The complex will be constructed on an area of 12000 Sq.Ft
This initiative is specifically targeted at the elderly members of the society. The complex will act as a platform for them to make friends, indulge in various activities and learn new skills so that they can keep themselves busy and involved during the free time of their day.
