A faรงade does more than frame a home. It sets the tone before the door even opens.

Here, classical symmetry is balanced with crisp black fenestration, sculpted columns and layers of shadow, creating an arrival that feels composed, warm and quietly dramatic.

One address. Four residences. A whole floor to call your own.

Introducing 55 Hanu Enclave, Faive Homesโ€™ boutique S+4 residential development in Karnal, designed by DKA Design Studio.

Each 1,200 sq ft, three-bedroom residence occupies an entire floor, bringing together privacy, considered planning and the ease of everyday living.

Warm natural textures, layered lighting and custom joinery shape the interiors, from the living and dining room to the modular kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, puja alcove, balconies and utility spaces. The top-floor residence extends further onto a private terrace with a pergola.

Four homes. One residence per floor. Designed down to the details that make daily life feel effortless.

When DKA Design Studio came on board for EROS Healthcare, Karnal, the primary structure of the hospital was already complete.

That meant working within an existing framework rather than starting with a blank sheet, rethinking circulation, planning, interiors and the patient experience around what was already there.

The result is a 200-bedded multispecialty hospital designed around something healthcare spaces often struggle to provide: calm.

Natural daylight, intuitive movement, muted greens, warm timber tones and restrained material choices soften the clinical environment, while the planning connects emergency, diagnostic, waiting and inpatient areas with clarity and efficiency.

Because a hospital has to do more than function.

It has to make an unfamiliar place feel a little less intimidating.
