Suna tha ki airline meals don't taste so good because air travel dulls the tastebuds, lekin 35,000 foot ki oonchai par sunrise dekhte hue coffee peene ka mazaa hi kuchh aur hai! 🛫☕💖

Lovely! Not just for telling stories, but for living: "Campbell described more than a dozen key elements of a Hero’s Journey, seven of which Rogers explored in his research: protagonist, shift, quest, allies, challenge, transformation, and legacy. He says reflecting on these aspects of your story—even if it’s just writing a few sentences down—can be an ideal first step to reframe your circumstances. Rogers offers a handful of prompts that relate back to the seven key elements of a Hero’s Journey. To drill in on “protagonist,” for example, ask yourself: What makes you you? Spend time reflecting on your identity, personality, and core values. When you turn to “shift,” consider: What change or new experience prompted your journey to become who you are today? Then ponder what challenges stand in your way, and which allies can support or help you in your journey. You can also meditate on the legacy your journey might leave. That perspective can also help you flip the way you see obstacles. Say you’re going through a tough time: You just got laid off, or you were diagnosed with a chronic illness. Instead of dwelling on how unfortunate these hurdles are, consider them opportunities for growth and learning. Think to yourself: What would Harry Potter do? Reframe the challenges you encounter as a chance to develop resilience and perseverance, and to be the hero of your own story."
Why You Should Reframe Your Life As a Hero's Journey
Imagining yourself as the main character of a heroic adventure could help you achieve a more meaningful life.

Hi Friends! I'm happy to tell you that I have been nominated and shortlisted for the DMA-Benepik Unsung Covid Hero Award 2021 for my volunteer work during the second wave. A heartfelt thank you to all those on Facebook who responded to my appeals for hospital beds, medicines, oxygen and treatment expenses for hapless covid patients during this crisis! 🙏

Hi Friends! I hope that you and your loved ones are well. 🤗This long Twitter thread by Satyen Bordoloi, updated with new camps almost daily, gives info about various vaccination camps (paid and unpaid) which are being organised in Mumbai. https://twitter.com/SatyenKBordoloi/status/1401816139034812417?s=20 (The info about the camps starts from tweet no 8 in the thread) It's extremely useful for those under 45 who are finding it tough to get appointments for covid vaccination in Mumbai on Cowin. Please do share this info with people in Mumbai who might be interested. Take care. Stay home, stay safe and stay happy!🤗

“1/n Thread to get Mumbaikars Vaccinated After 100s of CoWin OTPs, I got vaccinated eventually not via CoWin but a camp. Felt I could help others, called friends & realised most under 45 got vaccinated exactly like this: via some jugad or jhol.. ”
