FUMF presents Words don't come easy - publication launch and Good Party!!! coming up 1st November
We think this video deserves a repost as it marks the beginning of our project, producing an artist book, that will be released 1st of November in Harbinger Gallery, Reykjavík. One of our early attempts of collaborating was to go to a remote lighthouse in the West-fjords of Iceland. The lighthouse can only be reached by boat, or by hiking over a mountain. It has no electricity, phone or internet connection. Our plan was to work, and work a lot. To make a foundation for a great collaborative art work. As it turned out we didn’t work as much as we ate, slept and drank boxed wine. Or we think we did'nt work. In perspective we see that this residency was important in kicking of our collaboration. Sometimes just spending time together triggers a revolution!
