- The primary goal is to renovate the top floor of a Liberty-style villa located at Via Leopardi 1 to prepare it for rental or sale.
- The project aims to divide the current space into two balanced apartments, specifically targeting three-room or four-room configurations.
- The renovation must be completed within a limited budget.
