August at Heritage Holdings, in short.

Before The Shores, there was an aerial photo and a black marker pen.

That’s how it started. A stretch of West Bay scrubland, and the canals drawn straight onto the photograph by hand. Everything you know as The Shores today existed as a sketch first.

What came after was years of dredging, digging and building. 100 acres of waterfront, with canals up to 250 feet wide, cut one at a time.
