The owner had a desire to restore the hutch as it was, as much as possible. We are proud to say that it has 99% original look except 48 new screws. We used them just to make a hutch more stronger! We used also a hand brush technique as his grandfather did! 💫 •

The old grandma’s hutch. We found it in a very old house. Almost every Montenegrin house has it. Grandmas used these kind of furniture as a stock for candies for their grandchildren! We tried the find out more information about it and what we know it is at least 80 years old. It was in a very bad condition but we did our best! 💫

They are sisters! We were inspired by the daughters of the Montenegrin King Nikola I. The Princess Jelena of Montenegro , better known as Queen Elena of Italy and the Princess Milica of Montenegro, also known as Grand Duchess Militza Nikolaevna of Russia. 👸 👑 🇲🇪 🇮🇹 🇷🇺 •
