Huzhou Villa: A Molteni&C Project

The Huzhou Villa’s serene design embodies a “Three-Courtyard, Nine-Realm” layout, a spatial sequence that merges traditional Eastern philosophies with fluid, modern form.

Pieces from across the Molteni&C Collection were chosen to reflect an understated elegance and natural materiality, enhancing the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

A refined celebration of contemporary design, this setting brings together iconic pieces from Molteni&C’s rich collaborations. The vibrant D.151.4 armchairs, the architectural versatility of Vincent Van Duysen’s Octave sofa, and the thoughtfully crafted Porta Volta Chair by Herzog & de Meuron create a harmonious composition. From adaptable modular comfort to timeless silhouettes showcased on global stages, each piece reflects a shared dedication to innovation, elegance, and enduring craftsmanship.

2025 Collection: Living Area

Offering a new vision from Creative Director Vincent Van Duysen, the mood of the 2025 Collection reinterprets the brand's archives from the 1970s and 1980s for modern open living spaces by including re-editions of iconic pieces alongside new designs.

As a part of the Collection, the Emile sofa by renowned designer Christophe Delcourt is presented in soft green boucle. Emile features a distinctive sculptural shape and offers a range of comfortable and soft connectable modules, allowing for the creation of customizable configurations: face-to-face, circular, or semicircular seating arrangements, or more linear configurations. The living space composition is complete with the Maylis coffee table by Delcourt and the Linea chair by Vincent Van Duysen, offering both visual interest and dynamic versatility essential for modern living.

Blending Scandinavian purity and Italian innovation, the Lia armchair by GamFratesi from the 2025 Collections is a celebration of refined craftsmanship and a seamless fusion of tradition and modernity.

Designed as an interplay of structure and suspension, Lia features a gracefully suspended seat supported by a robust metal frame in a masterful expression of lightness. Finished with striking scythe-shaped oak armrests, Lia infuses living spaces with elegance.

The Molteni&C New York Flagship Store has undergone an elegant refurbishment to welcome the 2025 Collection and showcase artworks curated by Tuscany's KALPA Gallery. The space, defined by rich wood and marble, spans two levels and hosts a comprehensive selection for the living area, bedroom, and kitchen.
