It was my first time visiting Kuala Lumpur❤️ So many special memories were made, and everyone I met was so kind! The food I had here was also so joy-sparking!✨

One tidy tip I have is to make sure that I tidy up my workspace at the end of every day so I can come back the next day and focus better!️✨I think that when the space is cluttered, it’s quite hard to focus as the clutter can be distracting. I personally enjoy clear surfaces, so I try my best to put everything back into its “home” and make sure nothing is on the table at the end of each day(when I can)!

My joy is a quiet kind of joy.
It can look like sitting at home and writing, taking long walks with my children, or tidying my home and feeling the space become lighter.
Joy does not always have to be loud or dramatic. Often, it is found in simple things, and it looks different for each person.
If you feel comfortable, I would love to see what joy looks like for you.

5 surprising things joy has taught me (that no one talks about but everyone should know)✨

Joy isn’t just a feeling. It’s a guide, a compass, and a lived experience that quietly shapes our inner world and outer decisions.

In this post, I’m sharing lessons I’ve learned about joy…
It covers all kinds of joy, including the quiet, underrated kind that sustains us.

Lesson 1: Your joy is unique to you. It doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

Lesson 2: Joy can be your compass when life feels confusing.

Lesson 3: You can feel joy in your body, listen to it.

Lesson 4: Small joys are everywhere if you slow down to notice.

Lesson 5: Joy multiplies when you share it with others.

💌 Tag someone who sparked joy for you this year
and spread the feeling forward.

You spark so much joy for me. Thank you for being part of my journey.

Before we step into 2026, may I invite you to pause with me for one joyful moment?✨

Let us gently look back at what sparked joy in 2025, and choose what we would like to carry forward into the new year. When we notice and name our joy, it becomes lighter, warmer, and ready to travel with us.

📌Now it is your turn:
1. Share one thing from 2025 that sparked joy and that you wish to bring into 2026.
2. Tag someone who sparked joy for you, so we can pass that feeling along.
3. After you comment, please check your DMs for a small gift from me.
