Our audio visual installation service brings together audio, video, lighting and other systems to create a perfect combination. Our experienced audio visual installers are specialists in AV equipment and are equally at ease to get the best output from equipment. Designation of critical design issues such as electrical, lighting, sound, video, surveillance camera, computer and other important infrastructure requirements are established. INSTALLATIONS
Field installations are either performed by our own installers or by our certified subcontractors, should site conditions require the use of union installers. We are just as comfortable installing our own systems or supervising other installing contractors at the job location. SALES

Zings Event House provides annual service agreements which can include service visits, priority emergency response, preventative maintenance visits, technical support and training in use and operation of your systems. Agreement-based service requests are provided. Preventative Maintenance Agreements
Zings Production House can provide you with a fixed-annual-cost to perform preventative maintenance on your system (not including material or repairs). Preventive Maintenance is defined as cleaning equipment, inspecting, testing, adjusting, video projector convergence, degaussing of monitors and performing maintenance to equipment as per manufacturer's guidelines. On-Site Technical Support
In addition, Zings Production House can provide customers with a fixed rate to provide on-site technical support on a daily, hourly, monthly or yearly basis. Services can include support of Audio/Visual services such as equipment set-up, stand-by assistance and operation of equipment during meetings or any occasions.
