【工作职责】
运用专业 APP 进行 3D 效果图绘制（提供培训）。
运用 APP 绘制对接 CNC 数控机床的木工拆单图（提供培训）。
【基本要求】
持有计算机、信息技术（IT）、室内设计或木工相关文凭优先。
欢迎应届毕业生（Fresh Graduate）申请。

如果你的木柜已经出现了白蚁痕迹，这通常意味着它们已经从内部开始“掏空”木材。木柜（尤其是厨房和浴室的橱柜）因为靠近水源和墙角，是白蚁最常下手的目标。

确认木柜受损的迹象
你可以通过以下几种方法检查木柜是否已经“中招”：

敲击听声：用手敲击柜体。如果发出空洞的声音，说明内部木质已被吃光，只剩下一层薄薄的表皮。

观察“泥路”： 检查柜子靠墙或地脚线的位置，是否有泥土筑成的条状蚁路。这是白蚁为了保持水分而搭建的“高速公路”。

检查黑屑/排泄物： 柜子底部或抽屉里是否出现了类似细沙或咖啡渣的小堆颗粒（俗称“白蚁泥”或“残屑”）。这是干木白蚁将粪便推出木材留下的痕迹。

门窗变形： 橱柜门突然关不紧或木材表面出现类似水渍的起泡、变形，这可能是白蚁在木材内部活动导致的。

选择铝制家具（全铝家具）是应对白蚁最“一劳永逸”的方案，因为白蚁只吃含有纤维素的木材，对金属完全“没胃口”。

为什么铝制家具是白蚁的“克星”？

物理免疫： 铝合金硬度高，白蚁无法啃咬，也无法在内部筑巢。

防潮防霉： 厨房和浴室是白蚁最爱出没的地方（因为潮湿）。铝材不怕水、不发霉，直接切断了吸引白蚁的生存环境。

外观多样： 现在的全铝家具可以做成木纹涂层，视觉效果和实木非常接近，既美观又不用担心蛀虫。

耐用性强： 不会像木头那样因为受潮而变形、开裂或腐烂

Basic requirements :
- Certificate of computer / information technology
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Basic English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin reading and understanding
- Training will be provided
- Knowledge in carpentry/ interior design will be advantage

Interior Design Internship
Responsibilities :
Coordination with Designer in 3D Drawing, Carpentry Drawing, on-site measurement, M&E and Construction.

Admin Clerk
Responsibilities :
- Documents collection, preparation and data entry
Basic Requirements :
- Basic English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin reading and writing
- Knowledge in accounting and Autocount will be advantage
- Training will be provided

Furniture Installer/Assembler
Responsibilities :
- Furniture Installation/Assembly in-house and on-site
Basic Requirements :
- Basic communication in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, and the ability to read technical diagrams
- Physically healthy and able to lift heavy items.
- experience in furniture manufacturing or assembly will be advantage
