TB Supply Base Sdn. Bhd. (TBSB) was pleased to receive a visit from the team of Sawit Kinabalu Jetty Sdn. Bhd. (SKGP).
The visit focused on gaining insights into TBSBโs supply base operations, facilities, infrastructure and marine support services, as well as our day-to-day operational practices.
It was a great opportunity for both teams to exchange knowledge and experiences, particularly as SKGP continues its development towards becoming a multipurpose port and integrated logistics hub.
Thank you to the SKGP team for visiting TBSB. We appreciate the opportunity to share our experience and insights.

On 1 August 2026, TB Supply Base Sdn Bhd (TBSB) welcomed a delegation from the Ministry of Transport Malaysia (MOT) Marine Division, led by Dr. Siva Sangar Krishnan, SUB Maritim, together with representatives from the East Coast Marine Department, Majlis Daerah Pasir Puteh (MDPP), JPS Negeri Kelantan, ECERDC and UPEN.
The engagement was chaired by TBSB General Manager, Encik Nur Hasmin Kamarollzaman, and marked an important milestone as TBSBโs first formal engagement with the MOT Marine Division.
During the session, we shared an overview of TBSBโs operations, current priorities and strategic direction. The constructive discussion focused on strengthening the facilityโs operational readiness, maintaining safe and reliable marine accessibility, and supporting the evolving requirements of the offshore logistics sector.
The exchange also underscored the importance of coordinated stakeholder engagement in safeguarding critical maritime infrastructure and supporting the long-term development of Tok Bali as a strategic supply base.
Following the discussion, the delegation toured TBSBโs facilities to gain further insight into its infrastructure, ongoing developments and operational capabilities.
TBSB sincerely appreciates the visit and the valuable engagement with all participating agencies. We look forward to strengthening these relationships as we continue enhancing our capabilities and contributing to the growth of the maritime and offshore logistics ecosystem.

* Controls entrance and vehicle inspection into the company's operating area.
* Conduct regular patrolling in the company building and its surrounding areas to ensure the safety and security of company assets.
* Conducts safety checks and other related activities to provide and maintain a safe environment.
* Executes emergency plans as well as preliminary investigations for any breaches in security.
* Assists in the taking of disciplinary action resulting from staff misbehavior or misconduct.
* Responsible to patrol the company perimeter (inclusive of production, warehouse and logistics area) and ensure company assets and workers are safe and in order.
* Report all incidents relating to security matters and suspicious conducts / activities of any employees or visitors to the Management.
* Ensure crime prevention with appropriate measures are being carried out to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
* Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
* Es**rt or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations and to provide personal protection.
* Report any accident or unsafety act to department EHS.

TBSB was pleased to welcome the MPM ILCT team together with members of the Catman Logistics & Warehousing (Catman L&W) team for a visit to our facility.
Led by M. Syazani, Manager of Logistics & Warehousing, Catman L&W, the delegation was introduced to TBSBโs facilities, development plans, and ongoing operational capabilities.
The visit included discussions on operational and commercial matters, followed by a tour of TBSBโs facilities to showcase our capabilities in supporting offshore logistics operations.
Overall, the engagement provided a valuable platform to exchange insights and enhance mutual understanding of operational requirements and capabilities.

TB Supply Base Sdn Bhd (TBSB) berbesar hati menerima kunjungan Pengarah Kastam Negeri Kelantan yang baharu, YBrs. Tuan Mohd Hisham bin Mohd Nor, sempena lawatan sulung beliau ke fasiliti kami di Tok Bali.
Lawatan ini menjadi platform untuk memperkenalkan peranan dan keupayaan TBSB sebagai hab logistik luar pesisir bersepadu, di samping berkongsi perkembangan semasa serta potensi pertumbuhan industri minyak dan gas di Pantai Timur.
Sesi ini turut memberi peluang untuk bertukar pandangan mengenai peranan dan kerjasama dua hala antara TBSB dan Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia (JKDM) Kelantan dalam memastikan kelancaran operasi, pematuhan keperluan kastam serta menyokong pertumbuhan aktiviti industri minyak dan gas.
Delegasi turut dibawa meninjau fasiliti dan operasi TBSB, merangkumi kemudahan sokongan logistik serta pembangunan yang sedang dilaksanakan di Tok Bali.

TB Supply Base Sdn Bhd (TBSB) hari ini telah menerima kunjungan delegasi daripada Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) melalui Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Pasir Puteh bagi menjayakan sesi ceramah kesedaran berkaitan jenayah komersial serta kempen pendaftaran Volunteer Smartphone Patrol (VSP).
Delegasi diketuai oleh ASP Reduan bin Mohidin, Ketua Bahagian Pencegahan Jenayah & Keselamatan Komuniti (BPJKK), IPD Pasir Puteh bersama barisan pegawai dan anggota PDRM.
Sesi ini memberi pendedahan kepada warga TBSB, berkaitan langkah-langkah pencegahan jenayah komersial, kesedaran terhadap modus operandi penipuan semasa serta kepentingan peranan masyarakat dalam membantu menjaga keselamatan komuniti melalui penyertaan dalam program Volunteer Smartphone Patrol (VSP).
TBSB menghargai kerjasama dan perkongsian ilmu daripada pihak IPD Pasir Puteh dalam usaha memperkukuhkan kesedaran keselamatan serta hubungan strategik antara pihak berkuasa dan komuniti setempat.

On 18 June 2026, Tok Bali Supply Base (TBSB) had the privilege of hosting a delegation from the Ministry of Economy (MoE), MTJA, and PPJO.
The delegation was led by Dr. Afiza Binti Idris, together with Izmir Kamarudin and Norhayati Binti M. Sahid, accompanied by representatives from MoE, MTJA, and PPJO.
Facilitated by PPJO, the engagement provided a valuable platform for discussions among key stakeholders in the energy sector, particularly the oil and gas industry. The session focused on strengthening collaboration, exploring strategic opportunities, and enhancing infrastructure and logistics capabilities to support future industry growth.
During the visit, TBSB shared its long-term vision of developing a strategic oil and gas seaport on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. This initiative is expected to enhance logistics efficiency, strengthen coastal resilience, and support sustainable long-term management of sedimentation challenges in the surrounding waters, including those influenced by Terusan Semerak.
TBSB also highlighted its current operations, ongoing infrastructure developments, and its role in supporting offshore exploration and production activities across the East Coast region.
