# # # CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER – 1 POSITION

We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Construction Engineer** to oversee and support the technical aspects of our construction projects.

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Relevant degree, diploma or recognized qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field
* Relevant professional certificates and registrations where applicable
* Proven experience in construction, building projects or structural works
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and technical drawings
* Ability to read, interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings
* Experience with project planning, costing, scheduling and quality control
* Knowledge of construction standards, health and safety requirements and building regulations
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a professional construction team
* Valid driver's licence will be an advantage

We are looking for an experienced **Construction Site Manager** to take responsibility for the effective day-to-day management and coordination of construction sites.

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Relevant construction management qualification, diploma, certificate or equivalent recognized qualification
* Proven experience managing construction sites and construction teams
* Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials and site operations
* Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings
* Experience coordinating subcontractors, tradesmen, suppliers and site teams
* Ability to manage project schedules, materials, labour and site resources
* Strong understanding of occupational health and safety requirements
* Ability to monitor workmanship, quality and project progress
* Strong reporting, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to identify and resolve site-related problems efficiently
* Valid driver's licence will be an advantage

Roofing (Chromadek/IBR): 20–40 years before major replacement
Cladding and decking: 15–30 years with regular maintenance
Windows and doors: 20–30 years
