Please permit me to share this post here.. I slept late and still couldn't sleep well..

I read through the post of so many people that said they called Late Alex, checked him up when he was alive, and he said, "I'm fine, I'm okay" that gave me deep thoughts..

Big question: Why do you say "I'm fine" even when you're not fine?

Sometimes, people say “I’m fine” because explaining their pain feels heavier than carrying it silently. (I can relate)

Some are tired of being misunderstood. Some do not want to feel like a burden. Some are afraid of being judged, ignored, or seen as weak, and some have been hurt so many times that silence feels safer than honesty.

For many people, “I’m fine” is not the truth. It is a shield, a survival response.
A way of hiding emotions they do not even know how to explain anymore.

The people suffering the most emotionally are often the ones smiling the hardest, helping others, checking on everyone else, and pretending everything is okay. Deep down, they may just be hoping someone notices their silence and genuinely asks again with care.

Sometimes “I’m fine” really means: “I don’t want to cry right now.” “I don’t think anyone will understand.” “I’m trying to stay strong.”
Or simply, “I need help, but I don’t know how to ask.”

Happy Mother’s Day to myself and to every woman out there.

Today, I celebrate every mother, every single mother, every woman silently carrying responsibilities, wiping tears in private, sacrificing sleep, comfort, happiness, and still showing up with love every single day.

To the women who work endlessly just to make sure their children smile… To the women who pray over their homes with tired hearts but unwavering faith… To the women who never gave up, even when life became overwhelming… You are seen. You are appreciated. You are deeply loved.

Thank you for your sacrifice, strength, patience, resilience, and unconditional love.

Today, I celebrate myself for staying strong through every season, and I celebrate every woman doing her best for her family and for the people around her.
