10 WAYS TO STAY SAFE AT THIS TIME!
Greetings from here,
From my research on the pandemic virus, I was able to gather some facts about how to stay safe from contacting it. I will implore all of us to practice the following simple precautions in the meantime pending the time that everything will returns back to normal which hopefully soon:
1. Stay indoor or within your compound.
2. Apply and Rub hand sanitizer on your palm at an interval say at an hourly interval.
3. Drink enough water.
4. Take in medicine spices such as Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, etc. I understand that many can't afford to chew them raw like that, lol. What you can do in this case is to blend them and consume in addition to your diets.
5. If you need to go out, use a nose mask and disposable hand gloves for both palms.
6. Cover your sneeze and cough with a tissue paper, and immediately dispose this tissue.
7. Immediately at each time that you returns back from outside; wash your hand and face thoroughly with soap and water, then apply & rub hand-sanitizer to your hand palms.
8. Pray to God on a daily basis to heal our land from the strange virus called COVID-19.
Am sure there are other precautions that are left out from the above list, add up the ones you know of in the comment section to complete the 10 ways, but please do not mislead anyone here in the name of making contributions.

Home Remedies for Cold and Cough:

BASIC KITCHEN PRECAUTIONS:
Cooking is very fun, but the Kitchen safety is a priority.
Some of the key measures to consider in order to ensure safety in the Kitchen are highlighted below:
1. Children should never be left alone in the kitchen.
2. Turn pot handles away from the front of the stove/gas cylinder burner.
3. Store knives in a wooden block or in a drawer. Make sure the knives are out of the reach of children. The essence is to prevent injury.
