Following the suspension of My TV's broadcast which took effect on September 1, 2021, My TV-compliant set-top boxes ("STBs") will go on giving unrestricted access to unencrypted signals that My TV Viewers' satellite TV receiving systems can receive.



My TV Viewers already equipped with a SRT 497S may be enabled access to TStv channels after paying My TV:

- twelve thousand naira (N12,000) in a single payment; or

- two payments of six thousand five hundred naira (N6,500) each, 3 months apart; or

- three payments of four thousand five hundred naira (N4,500) each, 2 months apart,

- with the additional five hundred naira (N500) per installment going to cover administrative charges.

It is with a heavy heart that we notify you the suspension of My TV broadcasts which took effect on September 1, 2021, under unsurmountable economic constraints.

After a challenging 15-year run, with few rewarding stretches, My TV management can no longer justify the time, efforts and money spent on an activity that is not sustainable over the foreseeable future.

My TV viewers will be compensated for any paid-for viewing time beyond that date.

Needless to say, related set-top boxes will go on giving unrestricted access to unencrypted signals that Viewers’ satellite TV systems can receive.
